HI guys! Have you ever come across a post and someone comments on it "THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!" or something like that? That is just plain mean (And backfires because you're giving them XP). This is how to stop "THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!" comments how to change it into constructive criticism.
Why you shouldn't
Nobody likes the type of person who comments on posts saying "THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" If you're one of those people, I'm not saying you're a bad person, I just want people to stop commenting "I HATE THIS" on posts. It greatly hurts the poster's fellings and might make them stop posting on PMC! We want the PMC community to increase not decrease!

How to stop it
If you want to change that fact good for you. If you ever see a submission and someone comments "YOU SUCK AT THIS" reply to them and say "Commenting gives the person XP" and they'll stop. If that doesn't work, PM the person who has cometed said rude commment and they will most likely delete said comment.
Constuructive Criticism
If you ever come acros a submission and you just have to change it, you can Constructivly Critsize them like commenting for example "you should review the grammer." They'll review it.
I hope you like it.

Also, as IAmLikeSoCalledTT said, you don't really explain by much what you're trying to say. It's quite a small post, and the reader don't (At least i don't) really think about this topic too much, simply because you read it and two minutes later, you're done reading it. You don't really makes it interesting, and to be honest, you use the sentence "THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" a little too much, especially in the start.
Otherwise, i like the idea and meaning of this post.
I do however think the whole blog would greatly prosper by expanding your points further - A sentence under the title "Constructive (which was spelt wrong btw xD) Criticism" doesn't really explain anything to me.
There have been numerous tutorials on this in the past that have been vastly more detailed, but oh well - the heart of the message you are trying to give has been recieved.
jk
already blogged on that two months ago
(sorry i'm tired and grouchy)
I won.
