I have finally figured out the disk elevens true meaning. It is not herobrine, not even the enderman.It represents DEATH OR SUICIDE
Reasons:
-Item 11
the item 11 is stationary lava many people died in it and as a bonus lost all their things
-level 11
level 11 is the lava layer where you can stand in lava
-the man
sick old and tries to open a chest or a door with a lock but while he does he hears mysterious footsteps - represents fear of imminent death - then the man falls in lava
-ending
the wired wind like sound at the end is probably falling sound or boiling sound - I know from the sudden stopping and noise
The conclusion: Looking at death as a oppertunity is a dangerous idea.
