Hello and welcome the the 3rd installment of Top 7 unseen skin of the week! For those of you that are new, this is to highlight some of the best skins that dont get noticed ;) Feel free to post your skin for me to look at, but dont expect me to use it, i sometimes do though. THIS is to highlight some of the best contest submissions that i saw and think should get into the Top 100 for the Under the Sea contest! :D LETS DO THIS! BTW sorry this is posted later, was at the ballfield all day watching my brothers tournament. Go Dolphins :D

Although this is PMC and not Twitter, they arw both some what "social networking" sites. People can post in whatever style they want. You shouldn't be opressing one's freedom of speech. Just because hash tags are used on Twitter doesn't mean they can't be used elswhere. You are either a noob yourself, insecure, or both. Just because you feel a need forself importance rather than others doesn't make it right for you to go around criticizing the way other people speak. If someonefeom a foreign country came to America, orwherever your home countey is, and started speaking with an accent, you wouldn't say to them, "This is America, why are you speaking with an accent of (insert foreing language here)? Go back to (Insert foregin xountry here) noob." Also, if you want to criticize people about they way they type, then criticize yourself and learn to use proper grammar before criticizing others. Furthermore, I see that you are only a level four, you have no right to call others "noobs"

hash tags are literally idiotic  when used out of context (ex twitter, tumblr) and are considered by many "internet cancer" and used by noobs.

Still, you are judging others and that is merely your own opinion.  I, myself, am not even sure what the use of hash tags are for (You may call me a "noob", but it won't matter to me anyways :P) It is also your opinion what you consider in, or out, of context.

Excaliburfools1 may be acting so profusely due to his lack of intelligence. This is clearly demonstrated throughout his 'one track mind' style posts. A clear example of this may be, "have not "sued" it out of context". This shows he lacks the initiative to understand and ignore a basic typo, where two letters were switched.
And thank you plobby309 for being the only one who is showing some brain power!

Wait... I'm pretty sure 2 of these were on the popular reel....

You should make the rules for this that:

1) They can't have more than 50/100 views
2) They can't have made the popular reel
3) They can't have more than 16 diamonds

That way you make sure the skins you are doing really are unseen. Does that sound good?

and the ones i picked almost always follow those but these were ones for the contest so its a bit more narrowed down. And i got a bit sick of all he skins that didnt relate to the contest or took no effort >.<
