Why does the webpage time-out?

In the picture below it shows the PMC server timeout. I tried to reload the page 50 times today. If you are wondering why this happens it's because lots of people go on PMC. And i mean LOTS. THis is not PMC's fault. It's nobody's fault. Do not hate PMC for this wait that could have you waiting for and hour or so. Thanks for reading. BYE!!!!

Its actually do to the server being down. Now this may be caused by a load on the server itself (ie, lots of people trying to get on) but it it possible that PMC may be at fault as well.
