Why staffing server arent as "Cool" as you seem

You may think staffing servers is all fun and joy, until it actually becomes time to do your job. A few reasons why staffing is NOT fun and a bit iterating. 

1. You deal with countless immature players who cry if someone takes there cookie. 

2. You deal with stupid/pointless arguments between others. 

3. You sit there and watch people all day and wait for someone to break a rule. (Boring)

4. This "staff" job consumes your WHOLE day and life.

5. You get bitched at if you weren't on today "helping" the server. 

6. You get 12 year olds who say "can i be staff, im experienced" ALL DAY

7. You answer obvious noob questions about 9,999,999 times a day.

Let me here you opinions? Do you guys feel the same way? Or is it just me..

nah im 12, ive been on a server for 8 months, im admin. It's like the best thing thats ever happened to me, I love helping the newbies and ive been admin for 3 months and I just love being friends with all of the other staff. I think it's great to be a staff member. :)

I'm sure it just depends on the other people in the server. About 90% of the reason why i like being staff is because of how nice the other staff are, so I'm sure it's just the community aswell :)
