This is my blog to track progress on Windows 8. I am installing it now on my toshiba. Screenshots will come. To get windows 8 google search " windows 8 consumer preview download" So, what is windows 8? Windows 8 is a new windows designed for tablets with great touch screen support. It has a new full-screen start menuas well. You probebly have windows vista windows xp or most likely windows 7. Windows is a OS for PCs. An OS is a set of instructions telling a computer what to do.Â
