The budget needs to include the full build and monitor, also if anyone knows any cheap hardware dealers that deliver to UK please let me know!

Save the extra money you're spending on the i7 and upgrade the GPU. Have a look on here: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/clearance/graphics-cards and grab a better gpu than the 1060 if one pops up. They tend to rotate fairly often. Just got an R9 290 for £130 myself.

The ASUS VG248QE is a solid monitor that isn't too expensive. 144hz, 3D Capable (I don't use that feature though) I think a 1ms refresh rate, and obviously full HD 1080p.

I've been using it for a while now and it hasn't let me down. Although it has reviews about "bad colour", if you take 5-10 mins to set it up it soon looks amazing. However this is only if you want the upper hand in competitive FPS, otherwise a regular 60hz monitor is fine.

I'm going to help you out. There is a community called The Tech Game. Just post this up in that community in 'general discussion' and they should give you your moneys worth!
