I'd do this if I got 2000$ So I could buy a pc who could handle that big maps and just an extra

Holy heck of all gods chill people I re-did the math a map of the size requested would fall between 1-2gbs.

a good 16k x 14k map will take a while to make, not to mention texturing it, and for that reason I highly doubt you will do such map for free. And I know GarrusValkyrin can agree with me on that.
You can't get a map with your requests like that for free unless you want it to be 100% flat with little to no detail.
I agree as well.

Your facts are horribly wrong my friend, a map that size would be around 100+ mbs
No, and here's why.
Each block is stored using 8 bits, or one byte. The world is 256 blocks high.
1 byte * 256 block height * 16000 length * 14000 width = 57344000000 bytes, or about 53GB.
However, this calculation doesn't take into account three highly-variable factors: air, entities, and NBT tags on blocks and entities. Air (as far as I know) isn't stored due to its null value, so it would subtract from the 53GB figure. Entities and NBT tags, on the other hand, can contribute significantly to the world size depending on how many are present. For simplicity's sake, we assume that air, entities, and NBT tags more or less cancel each other out.
Compression can of course affect file size, but with a custom world (with small groupings of identical blocks, unlike vanilla worlds) it is unlikely that compression will do much to help.

A good worldpainter world of that size would likely be 50+GB and take over 24 hours to make. You will probably have to pay a good amount of money to get a map like that :p
