That looks pretty cool, but modifying behavior of the mobs using JSON seems really brutal hell. I would understand, if they introduced Lua or JS scripts for writing custom behavior, but NO, they had to create another JSON scheme for behavior...
I looked up one of these JSON files from behavior pack, and IMO that is hell! That will be probably impossible to debug. They should've rather implement the Plugin API that was promised (long time ago) instead of this.

FistoFavronaThey do change the behaviour of the mobs, which a ttexture pack doesn't do.
Plugins can change behaviour of the mobs too and they works in non-modded Minecraft.
I don't work with plugins so I don't care about them.

I think it's a great idea since it makes so much possible for map makers!

avronaI don't like mods, but these seem formula easy enough to be likable.
It's not a mod. It's resource pack, so it works on multiplayer too.

This seems cools!

I don't play either PE or Win10 but I am willing to give them a try when they come to PC. I don't like mods, but these seem formula easy enough to be likable.
