Advice for a skin I'm making?

So I want to make a Fallout New Vegas NCR Ranger skin, right?
Essentially, this is what I want the end result to be similar to:

I might post more images later, but that's the best I could do as of right now. I might post more pictures later, but I didn't want to clog up the spoilers too much.
So what do you think? Any suggestions? I want to know what I can do to make this skin really great.

I would make the eyes smaller because they don't pop out as much on the picture.

Not publishing it, just wanted some advice...
However, I did end up do fixing the helmet and overcoat, so thanks to those who gave that advice!

It looks really nice! Perhaps make the eyes a bit less bright, though.

Maybe try shading the coat to be a bit more rugged, and do the same with the helmet. Good skin though!
