Hello! I am bowling219, official owner of AelisMC. I'm currently hiring staff, so don't be afraid to apply!
What is AelisMC?
Are you wondering what AelisMC is? Why you should take part? Well here is what we are. AelisMC has a long history, it takes me about 45 minutes to write it all out. We started as a small GTA server in beta. We received over $40 in donations in the first month. We then continued on and we made it to the 2nd month. I noticed how we could improve, and put those plans into action. Right now, I am putting those plans into action, making everything how I envisioned it, but I can't do it alone. As a server network owner, I know I can't do everything myself. That is where you come in. You, the applicant, apply for staff and I envision how accepting you will benefit the AelisMC network. We are simply another server network, not to strive, but to make the community, which has been shaken by saddening things (Notch quitting, etc.), strong once again. I cannot say we are the best, and I cannot guarantee we will last for a year. I can't actually guarantee anything, as if I guarantee something to you, and can't get it to you, I will be lying. I don't like lying, so I only guarantee the following, I will strive to make AelisMC strong, but I need your help.

What is AelisMC?

What will I do?
Depending on what your going for, I will tell you exactly what every rank does:
Moderator:

Moderator rank manages all the members on the network. They get access to the main moderator commands (/tempban, /mute, etc.) They will have to switch servers constantly and catch all the hackers. Must be good at working in teams.
Plugin developer:

This is the toughest rank to get. Developer doesn't get anything until they make their first plugin for AelisMC. I will request a plugin to be made, and once it is created and tested to work, that developer will receive OP. Please note that developer isn't a plugin manager, developer is someone who makes plugins.
Builder:
Click to reveal
The Builder rank gets access to creative mode (Also known as Gamemode 1) and WorldEdit. You must provide pictures to be considered to become builder. Please note we will need verification that you built what is made in the picture, as anyone can easily Google "Good Minecraft Builds" and put their build as one of the ones they find on Google.
Helper:

This rank is only valid on one server, the GTA server. Helper has the exact same commands as a default player, but can link unlinked chests to a looting chest by using the command ./loot link Loot (exactly as that). This rank is relatively easy to get. You are also allowed to use hacks such as Chest ESP or Xray to find chests to link.
* Beta tester:

A beta tester has the exact same commands as a default, except your job is too exploit as much bugs as possible. You get early access (Maybe 2 weeks early) into the AelisMC server.
GFX Designer:

A GFX designer makes logos for the server, such as Server Icons, Server Logos, Server Banners, etc for the server. That's basically all that they do. They do receive rewards however.

Why do you want to be moderator on AelisMC?: AelisMC sounds like such a strong server to have gone through everything that it has. It started ground up, and proved to be a fighter. Sadly, I have not been online but I plan on checking it out, and I am really hoping that it doesn't preclude me from staff because I really do want to help your server so much. I love helping people, and I was always known for being at the players doors whenever they needed me which earned me such a great rep on the servers.

Why do you want to be moderator on AelisMC?: I think you should add me the the community because I've had lots of experience, have good social skills, and am very mature! I try to help players as much as I can whenever I can and as a staff member I would be loyal even if I had one of those bad days... I am really good with plugins, installing, fixing, doing plugins configuration files, and I actually enjoy those things! I do not know how to code or to make custom plugins either at the moment. I have owned 2 networks, minigame and pixelmon when is where I learned most of the plugin stuff from and I was also and Administrator for a network that was known as Best Ultra Gaming. I couldn't keep paying for my networks because they are fairly expensive. My social skills are very high and I have TS3. Skype, and Mumble, but I can't make a lot of meeting due to my schedule with school and life. I try my best to attend them though. Weekends would be best. I also know how it feels to have all your files deleted because that happend to both of my networks by ddos.

I try to help players as much as I can whenever I can and as a staff member I would be loyal even if I had one of those bad days... I am really good with plugins, installing, fixing, doing plugins configuration files, and I actually enjoy those things! I do not know how to code or to make custom plugins either at the moment. I have owned 2 networks, minigame and pixelmon when is where I learned most of the plugin stuff from and I was also and Administrator for a network that was known as Best Ultra Gaming. I couldn't keep paying for my networks because they are fairly expensive. My social skills are very high and I have TS3. Skype, and Mumble, but I can't make a lot of meeting due to my schedule with school and life. I try my best to attend them though. Weekends would be best. I also know how it feels to have all your files deleted because that happend to both of my networks by ddos.

I know how profound it can be when you have around 50 players and the economy has a bug then you have to reset everything , lose players , and lose business well as a beta players I seek to destroy any type of miscellaneous bugs in the server that and the fact of just having fun on the server as well.
PS: Since there is really no valid evidence of me being able to find bugs I hope that in the process, of choosing that you take into consideration that I've debugged a game before while coding in unity with C script. If that serves as some sort of evidence , then I rest my case.
