Somehow, anisotropic filtering makes all the blocks look bad/glitchy.. How do I fix this? Want to have it on

If you're using classic shaders, don't. Use the Optifine/Shaders mods together. They come in one download from the Optifine website here: https://optifine.net/downloads. If you use the latest version, you should be able to go into your shader settings and enable/disable anisotropic filtering from there. For whatever reason, you can't change this setting from the vanilla settings menu while you have a shader pack running. Hope this helped!

Shader mod won't even let me enable anisotropic filtering with shaders on.

I guess that's why.
