Any free server hosts?

Hello, I am a looking for a free minecraft server host. I doubt I will ever find one one but I will ask anyway. I want to host my sever 24/7 but 12/7 would be okay. I dont mind if people wish to host it themselves but I cant see that working as i would not be able to access the files.
