Join a server, impress the owners, climb the ladder. You will be rewarded for the effort you put into a server that you are contributing to.

Asking for admin will get you nowhere, as I believe nobody is stupid enough to actually grant you such powers, especially with just one sentance you used to advertise yourself.

Join a server you like, stay active, contribute, lets the owners know you are a team player and a mature sensible person, and you should have no trouble getting to where you want to be. You will be rewarded with the effort you put in.
