I'd like to join in if I could. I'm very skilled at buildings towns and villages, specializing in structures. I also have an intermediate understanding of redstone.
I've been the admin of a server before so I also have experience with the more common editor plugins.

I think that with the damm, you could have a timer so that if you dont fix the dam fast enough, then pistons one by one would open letting more and more water flow into the town. Then at the end, if they never fixed it, tnt would explode and the damm would release all the water into the town. Just a thought. If you need help with that and you like to idea contact me cause Im already working on a proof of concept!
