To be the Tech Admin you must have experience with plugins. Be able to download and configuere all of them that we need. The name really says it all.

Builders to make amazing builds and more.

The Brain to make the decisions and design the server in the way that can bring in money and good players and staff.

The artist that does graphics like banner and skins and texture packs etc.

3. Previous Experiance : Much has changed in every plugin since the last time it was updated. This being said, I have at least experienced every plugin once, with the exception of the 'The Hunger Games'. I hosted my own server for 5 months. This ended recently when my major donation income left for college. Prior to this I was co-owner of my neighbors server for about 3 months till I left to make my own server. During these long periods or time, I mostly jumped server to server helping out by creating structures and/or whatever else I could do. Doing this, I became admin on plenty of servers due to my skills and assets in design. I am a double major, double minor college student. Majoring in Computer Tech. and Architectural Design. Minoring in Engineering and English.

4. Any Idea's of What type my server could be: I am hoping it is within the confines of faction PvP, or some sort of thing along those lines.

5. What do you think that The Brain needs to do : You explained it pretty darn well in your post, but to re-cap: This person would be the most important. Not only are they the ones making the decisions and bringing in the user base community, they are the ones trying to set the server up to make it look like it should be donated too. They are the brains, the ones that do the dirty work to make the server have a big community

6. Why you Deserve this job: "Qualified for or having a claim to reward, assistance, etc., because of one's actions, qualities, or situation." The moment I entered into my college, this was the definition I had written on my resume. Merit and Worthy are the words that run threw my mind every day. These are qualities of a person that will prosper in the fields, and prosper at home. I deserve this job, just as much as the president deserves the White House. Having the drive to get to a point in life are the qualities that are deserving of major positions.

7. How you will treat this job: This job is not really just a job. You see, this is more of a lifestyle/hobby. I do this because I am a dedicated gamer, and a hard working citizen. I treat all things as if they are jobs, because if it does not get done, you are not doing what you were asked. If you accept a position, you gain the power of this position, and what comes with it is working hard. If you do not work hard the job does not get done, and when it does not get done, you get fired.

8. Why Does This Suit You. I worked at a grocery store for 3 years, working my butt off. I gained the morning opener position soon after my third year. This gave me a role that changed my work career. I was given the keys to the store and the code for the alarm, all at the age of 19. Soon after that I was bumped up to asst's manager, a position one step below asst-manager. This is where I have stayed since then. I am still 19 years old with the keys to a grocery store. If this is not deserving of something, I would not know what would be.

Secondly I Have months of experience under my belt so I can do permissions/ranks fast and can almost code plugins. I can configure plugins really well. If its a plugin I have already used I will be able to do it no questions ask if its a new plugins or generally a plugin where there is a massive range of options then I will need to ask a question
