Attack of the B-Team Recruitment

Hey everyone! I'm recruiting a few people for an Attack of the B-team (modpack) server. We will be doing this for several people's youtube channels on the server. If you wish to join fill out the following application.

After filling out this application I or a friend will contact you and have a live interview/test type thing (I will send the friend your Skype, mine is JHFGamingBandit, my friend's is SophieTheFox)
Requirements:
-Be able to be mature when needed
-Have a headset, or none to very little background noise
-Be respectful
-Be able to take jokes (no raging, rage-quitting, etc)
-Sometimes people need help with something, or something happens, so please be patient with your fellow minecrafters

But I game and sometimes record it << I'm looking for adventure maps, and groups to play with!
