Server updated to 1.3.1

The server has been updated to 1.3 and all plugin's are still working great!

Bg Survival (background Survival) is a great cracked survival server with faction's, pvp, and more! We have a great shop, good economy, and plenty of space to build. The server also doesn't have a whitelist, or a fancy spawn u have to get through before u can play, all u do is log in and your good to go!

Additional information: The server run's on a great host with no lag.
