So I need simple, yet nice banner for my minecraft server. I need it to say few things like the IP of the server and the features we have, like for example "Factions, Custom Items, Ruins, Quests, mcMMO, Economy". And please do not post if you don't have any work to show so I can see what you are doing.

This might sound stupid or annoying, but just make one.
Use paint.net (I think the url is getpaint.net)
And just find some nice text generators online, png files to give it something nice to look at, and you have one done.

I would like to make my own my self but never did it, that's why I am asking for someone to do it. Please, if you know any good tutorials that don't need photo shop to make banners, please post them here. Thanks!

Just play around with paint.net for a while. It's free, it's simple, and you can do all sorts of awesome things with it! If you want animation in a banner, you can also try GIMP. GIMP is also free, and it can make animated images!
