Is there a way to have the McPatcher's better sky in the nether? because I'm am playing a survival game on the nether roof and I missed the overworld blue sky:)

No that isn't possible.

I asked this question before, and sadly, it's not possible.
It sucks, I know. I really wanted to make an icy nether for my texture pack, but it looks like it's red skies from here on out.

I don't think its possible.. Because the Nether originally doesn't have a sky, it's full of blocks.
