Experience: I do not just download plugins, I have 4 years experience of coding them. I am know 6 different coding languages, and can fix almost anything! I have owned popular Minigame servers, coded for loads of servers which are now large.
Console Experience: I know Bukkit / Spigot very well, and in the case I know commands for Linux, for SSH purposes.
Are you able to download plugins?: Yes! I would also easily show you how to do it, to become a more independent server!

Experience : I own a server named XenonMC,RisenPvp and Techpvp and a prison server those 4 servers are still up from now and is released but were really making it better if you want proof ill show you I am also in a build team that is still taking requests its called Fallen Team
Console Experience : As i said im great at handling servers and i use consoles on everything from setting and downloading plugins that you would get or even i would get.
