Hi, I have been planning on building a custom PC for basically gaming, like for example I would be playing, Arma 3, Gmod, Minecraft, Killing Floor, Payday 2, TF2, etc... Now my budget is around the $800-$900 area.

I am going to list all the parts I am planning to get, you guys can tell me to modify something, tell me if the parts wont fit, or get a better part.

Alright, so I checked everything out, and this build is amazing. Thanks! But I don't really like the case honestly I like the original case I found, do you think the parts would fit in this case? If not would you be able to find a case that looks the same and can fit everything and around less than $110? If not that's fine Anyways, nice build!

And one more question, would this computer be very powerful? Like could I play games like arma 3 or GMOD and record at the same time? Cause I need this PC to be very powerful, and is the video card better than the original one of my first post?

Sorry about all the questions, need this PC to be very good.

Anyways, thanks!

Went with that case because it's better quality and cheaper. Plus it's not a "gaming case", which means less money put into looks, and more into cooling, etc. Which will be better later down the road.

Also, this build will record any game at high/ultra settings/1080p at 60fps+. It'll record BF4 on ultra at 70 fps, so yes.

And a lot better, yes.

This leaves a little room to get a keyboard/mouse. Could also drop the GPU down to a 270x, and then up the cpu a bit, but honestly that's a bit of a waste.

This build will play all those games on the highest settings at well over 60fps. In Killing Floor, i'd be surprised if you drop below 150. Haven't seen it below that on a 270x maxed out.

Did you include the cooling fans in the build? And also, do you think you can find me a nicer gaming case that works good? Something that looks nice and that's under $170 and that fits all the parts in the build.

Thanks!

Why are you getting a z97 motherboard and an aftermarket cooler with a locked CPU? The r9 280 is cheaper and matches/beats the 760. Can you put everything into a pcpartpicker list?

The motherboard and CPU cooler are made for overclocking. The CPU cannot overclock. Fill this out please and I'll make an improved build for you. Replace italic parts with your answers.

List what you will be doing with your computer.
What is your budget?

Your country lets us know what sites you can order from. If you have a nearby Microcenter they have some great in-store only deals that you can take advantage of.

Things like the tower, the OS, peripherals and monitors.
Will you be overclocking?
Overclocking will require different hardware than a non-overclocking build so we need to know this.
