Bukkit + UTorrent
So I want to make an online Bukkit server with UTorrent, I know what to do with the porting forward and everything but I can't get the server to run while UTorrent is because it is using the same port (25565). When UTorrent is closed however, the server works but is obviously local and when I turn it back on while the server is running it works but I know it doesn't have an effect as the server is already running. Can someone please help me? Thanks.

Ports get opened by applications through interfacing with the system on their own. Why you want UTorrent to try to open up a port for minecraft is beyond my understanding, but none-the-less it seems like you're going about solving whatever problem you want to solve the wrong way.

Within the server.properties:
Change it to a port you can open up and forward.
Or you can change the port used by UTorrent, that works too.
server-port=25565

Or you can change the port used by UTorrent, that works too.

No but what I'm saying is that I want UTorrent to open a port for Minecraft, is that possible?

UTorrent opens ports for the computer, Programs can utilize that open port. In this case UTorrent is opening '25565' and MInecraft can use it.
