still haven't tried it. hopefully it will work. thank you so much for help.

Been reading on MC forums about this. One fixed it with a reboot of Windows, another updated Java. Make sure you've rebooted and then update your Java, reboot again.

I've just had a quick mooch at the specs for that card and it supports opengl 2.1 so that's not your problem. You on Windows? You need to open the device manager, right click the card under display adapter and then as several have said 'update driver'
If you're on a mac, meh....
Google it!

luigi_vampaSilverKyttenUpdate your LWJGL.
http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Tutorials/Update_LWJGL
From Mojang:
Prior to release 1.6, Minecraft used LWJGL 2.4.2. Minecraft 1.7 currently uses LWJGL 2.9.1, and the new launcher is able to automatically update it to newer versions, making the steps in this guide unnecessary.
thank you guys. i'll try it. ((:

Try Optifine when you launch.
1
Optifine will not help in this case.
1
...Well...

You need a more updated graphics card. Trying installing latest drivers and see if it works. (<-- Rarely it is caused by this) If it doesn't, you'll need a more up to date graphics card. You need a graphics card that supports OpenGL 2.1.

NiallerAMILLIONGUMMIESRestart comp?
I tried, still not working.SwiftN3SAre you using the latest launcher? And also, what AMILLIONGUMMIES said.
Yes,I am.
Have you ever been able to play on the computer you are currently using? It says "pixel format not accelerated" so im guessing its something to do with your graphics card
1
Any mods?
1
probably your graphics card can't handle it maybe?

CaptaindogfishAny mods?
