Can someone offer some help? WorldGuard is not working!

Are you new to setting up a server and need a bit of pointing in the right direction? This is the place to be.

Hi Planet Minecraft community, my friends and I were building on our (bukkit) server. I don't remember quite when WorldGuard crashed, but I'm almost sure it was during the Minecraft 1.2.5 update. I haven't done much to fix the problem, but now that our server is nearly complete, I need to make sure WorldGuard (and WorldEdit) are working. Here is what the error says:

14:28:11 [INFO] [WorldGuard] Enabling WorldGuard v5.5.2

Try updating your bukkit to 1.3.1 or It also could be worldguard and worldedit are out of date.

It says my version of CraftBukkit is up to date, I always update to the latest build of Bukkit when it gets released. I thought of the possibility that WorldGuard or WorldEdit were out of date, but other people commenting on bukkit.org under those plugins seem to say that they are working fine for them. World Guard hasn't been updated since last month, so what does this mean I have to wait for another update?

I'm going to go down the list of all your plugins-
AngryWolves- This shouldn't interfere with anything
AutoKick- May be having issues... It is for CraftBukkit 1.2.5 R1
bpermissions- Overly Complicated... Get GroupManager
cm_audioclient_v0.9- Erm, Not nescary
ColorMe- I dont think this is compatible with essentials
Essentials- Needed
Mob Disguise- Cool, You can keep
PluginMetrics- Noy sure what it is
SimplePrefix- Comes with "GroupManager"
SimpleHat- Already In essentials /hat
SimplyPerms- Could be the source of your problems... Get groupmanager!

Ok, So the moral is...
Delete- bPerms, SimplyPerms, SimplePrefix, SimpleHat, And maybe colorme
Keep- AngryWolves, AutoKick, Essentials, MobDisguise, WE, WG,
Iffy- ColorMe, Audiomods,

Hmm, I removed all those plugins, but its still not working =(. It's still saying that World guard and World Edit are "out of date," but they are both updated to the latest versions. You know, my WinRar software expired which allows me to decompress zip files such as plugins, do you think I need WinRar to make the plugins working again? Thanks for trying to help, I appreciate it immensely!

Ok, I got new software for decompressing files. Now, I don't know what the heck I did or touched, but when I go to open my bukkit server launcher, it says that it can't find the path, and the server doesn't even start up! I started a Tekkit server today, but I put everything in separate folders, do you think this messed up my bukkit server? I re-downloaded World Guard and WorldEdit, and I used my software to decompress them. Now if only I could get the damn server running again!!!

EDIT: When I was setting up my Tekkit server, I had to uninstall my old Java software and replace it with this new Java software from Oracle. How do I get my bukkit server to recognize this new Java software?

EDIT #2: NEVERMIND!!! I got my Bukkit server working, it was a problem with the file path. I corrected it, but when I went to run my server AFTER using 7zip to decompress the plugins, it STILL didn't work. Man this is so annoying!
