Chat Error [null]-[null]

We are having a problem that started last night. Non of our new members can talk on our server only the players that have been on the server before last night are able to talk. All the nes players are getting a [null]-[null] error. Please can someone help us.

Found out the problem was Votifier. What I did was removed all my plugins frum the plugins folder except eccentials then started adding them back one by one.
