Hai,
A few weeks ago, I made a post so I could get a build from you clever people who know about those kind of thing. Fortunately, I got good enough exam results that my parents are willing to partly pay for the build ^_^.
All I'm doing is showing a link for the build and another copy of that brief thing you fill out; I just want to get the build reviewed - should I change anything? Could anything be better value?
Sorry for the nuisance, but my parents want the final definitive list, so I'm just getting it re-checked ^_^

What is this computer going to be used for?
I will be using this for gaming - mainly Minecraft, but I'd kike to be able to play other games such as Skyrim on more than like 15 fps on low res ._. I also want to be able to record - won't be doing full time Youtube or anything. One of the most important thing is that I want to be able to stream, regularly, with pretty good FPS on Minecraft. This is one of the main reasons I'm getting the computer, so this is important. ^-^
What is your budget?
My budget is £1000.
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
I'm in Wales, UK. Not near a Microcenter.
What is included in the budget?
I'll need the tower and everything in it, 2 monitors, mouse (if possible) and keyboard, and the OS.
Will you be overclocking?
Nope.
Will you be reusing any parts?
No, all new.
What OS do you want?
I'd like Windows 8.
Any specific case preferences?
Doesn't really matter, no.
Any other special features that you want in the build?
It would need wi-fi, but I don't think that there's anything else, unless I'm missing something obvious.

This is the build I have already, from a previous thread. Is this all suitable?
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/yRKGbv

Also, I need recommendations for a decent headset that has a mic, and isn't too heavy or expensive. I also need a mouse and keyboard added to the build.
Thanks!!! I'm so excited!

What he said didn't even make sense, why get a hdmi to dvi adapter? Because then you'd need a dvi to vga adapter or dvi to displayport adapter, which is stupid.

Is what filip said important? Is that something I need to change? My parents will be really mad if the stuff isn't compatible, with that much money .-.

No, if you have two monitors, just get two dvi to vga adapters.

or use one and then a hdmi cord.

I just looked at the monitors they will still work but i will suggest changing them. Since i only see they only have DVI and VGA. I suggest find one that has HDMI or display port.

You don't need 16 GB of ram for gaming.

add some ram 16gig is good and your gonna need a hdmi splitter because the video card only has one hdmi port unless your useing mini display also your monitor only supports dvi and vga so your gonna need a minidisplay port(better quality) or hdmi to dvi(better quality) or vga

Well I'm building it, so isn't that solving the replacement problem? I can just upgrade different parts if they become outdated. Go ahead ten years and I would likely have spent less than £4000, as I would have been only replacing parts that I really needed to upgrade, rather than the whole computer.

57r4d, that microphone looks like it'd be suitable for me. Also, which of the budget headphones would you recommend? I think I'd like open ones. I'm not someone who's super picky about sound quality - as long as I can hear and understand people, I'm fine.

By the way, I didn't come up with this build. I don't have the first clue - I was just checking whether anything needed to be changed in it.
The keyboard doesn't have to be expensive - it would be cool to have something flashy looking, but I literally don't own a keyboard at all at the moment (I'm on a laptop), so I just need any one. Also, what's an M45? I don't have the first clue :S

I dont know how could you give so much moneys for 1 PC that you (well I do) change every year! If we calculate a little bit for 10 years I will spend 4000 pounds on 10 Last-tech PC's and you will spend 10000 pounds on 10 Last-tech PC's which is crazy because I save 6000 pounds for food & other entertainment. But the difference between you and me is that we (in our stupid country) get paid around 80 dollars which is like a cup of coffee to you!

NewHappyRabbitI would recommend you to use Windows 7 (64 bit) for gaming! The build is perfect for this days games and you will be able to record Battlefield 4, Bf3, Minecraft etc. in atleast 60 fps!
Thats my build:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium x64
CPU: AMD Athlon II x4 740 3.4GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Gigabyte
RAM: Kingston HyperX Genesis 2x4GB 1600MHz
And if you check my youtube channel ( http://www.youtube.com/newhappyrabbit) I record my games with 60 fps and render in 1080p!

support for win7 is ending so its better to get win8

because it has no bugs

He has a higher budget than that, Windows 8 is faster and better for gaming and amost any other aspect.

Use this for headphones, there is a guide if you scroll down. pmc-headphone-guide-general-audio-information-thread-t396653.html I don't recommend buying a headset because the microphone quality and sound quality aren't nearly as good as buying a pair of headphones and a separate mic. If you don't want to invest in a desktop microphone, this one will do the job and sound better than all headsets ~£100.

http://www.amazon.com/Zalman-Zm-Mic1-Se ... ne+zm-mic1

As for the build, it looks great and if you wanted an expensive mechanical keyboard, I'd recommend WASD or Leopold keyboards and for a mouse, I recommend the M45.
