I watched your videos, or rather, I tried to watch your videos. Don't be offended by what I say, all of it is meant to help.
You didn't talk. Almost no one, or even no one will watch a video that is 14 minutes long with no audio at all.
With that, in my videos, I have commentary and music in the background. The music is optional, but I find it improves the ambiance of the video. I use http://www.machinimasound.com, and I think it is quite good.
Your videos had poor descriptions, IMAO, but that isnt a big deal. My ideal description is 3 parts: The first part details a description of the series, if it is one, broadly. The second part details what you actually do in the video, and the third part has links, IP's texture packs and such things.
I saw the recording software you were using. I dont know or care what it's called, but if you can see the little window, I dont suggest you use it. If the lack of audio is because of the recording system, try Bandicam. If you don't have a mic, don't make LP's until you get one. Your videos are laggy, and that is likely because of your recording system. USE BANDICAM, the trial itself doesn't lag, records good quality, and has good audio settings.
Next thing is the way they were edited. Or rather, lack of such. You say you have Windows 8. That, Im quite sure, comes with Windows Live Movie Maker, which is a good system to edit your videos if you are a beginner. Then you can add titles and closers, music, cut out bad parts, and just in general edit your videos. Don just take the clip and hit upload.
Last thing is your channel itself. Add a featured tab, and make it so when I go to your channel I don't see the feed tab. It makes you look, well, like a N00b. Add a backround and you should be done dandy.
