Hello good people of Planet Minecraft.

Empathy server just upgraded to 1.10 and we need nice, smart, and competent folks to come run some projects!

Empathy was established in February, 2014, and since then we've a lot of good times. The server has multiple worlds, good plugins, and a wonderful community. We have quests, a school with actual educational content, and dedicated project facilitators who run our projects.

Please read previous project facilitator applications and monthly reports to get an idea of what's required.

Project facilitators have permissions pertinent to their project. They must build an office, be professional, and log in often. The project facilitators have a budget and access to the Project Facilitator bank, and they can draw a salary.

Project facilitators should be courteous, friendly, and kind. No power-hungry or impulsive players wanted! To prove yourself you must first join the server, get to know us, and learn about the project. You have to play at least a month before applying for project facilitator, and you must submit samples.

The server is well moderated, the builds are legit, and there is no drama or abuse of power. We do things right and we want players who are patient, dedicated, and mature. Please do not ask us to make exceptions on the time it takes to become PF, because we have had many situations where people joined and took on a project only to never be seen again. Show us you can stick around, know how to do the work, and are satisfied being rewarded with cheers, thanks, and appreciation from other players. Our project facilitators are very respected, they work together, and they have a lot of freedom to run their projects creatively. We also have separate servers where project facilitators can test and perfect their work before it is implemented on the main server. We have many adults playing on the server although mature, dedicated teenagers are welcome to apply also.
