We're a friendly server geared towards PVP Faction warfare, with a couple interesting mods to liven up the experience.

Summary

On the server you can loot, steal, grief other players' bases as well as raiding them to try take over what they own. Building TNT cannons are all allowed in the fight to become the biggest and best faction on the servers and own the land you play. Can you be the best?
We have a fully working shop that supplies you with the latest blocks, cheap XP bottles, diamond and all the items and blocks you need to PVP!

Rules

1. Treat all players and staff how you'd like to be treated.
2. Don't attempt to use any hacks, cheats, exploits anything of that kind.
3. Do not advertise other servers, or ask for help to set yours up.
4. Do not spam the messages or console using hacks. This will result in a nice ban.
5. Be prepared to play hardcore PVP with hardest level.
6. Do not try to blow up or grief the spawn. No!
7. Do not attempt to argue or question the owner/admins/OPs about ANYTHING pertaining to running the server. This is ours,
not yours. People who ignore this rule are subject to laughter, taunting, and a nice firm ban.

yeah... i kind of got banned for using optifine... If you don't know what it is.. look it up.. it's a mod that increases your fps... research what ur investigating before you ban people...

ok as it says in our forums no mods i do not care what it does and also you got banned for attempting to move file packets at a lvl 129 warning so

yeah... re-read the rules and I dont see a rule that says no mods, and im pretty sure the file packets thing is about mods.. which in this case I was using optifine. I'm pretty sure of this because i used to be op on my friend's server and it said for many people something about their packets. I even asked them in game if they were using optifine and all of the ones that had the packet thing said yes. Also, i don't even care anymore about the ban, if admins on a server are going to be abusive, don't give warnings, and ban without researching anything, then the admins alone give the server a bad rep. It doesn't matter how good the server is by itself, it's the owner,admins,ops,and mods who make the server what it is. Oh, and before you start asking "how are we abusive?" one of the first words said to me by an admin was "Turn off ur mods faggot". I'm sorry, but the staff on this server are unprofessional..
