I would recommend the Lenovo ThinkPad L430 ( Intel Core i5-3360M CPU @ 2.80 GHz & 4 GB of RAM )
1
You....need more money. $250-$350 including monitor and os is just not happening.
1
$420, including OS (Linux), Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, and the computer itself.

A good computer costs ~$1000. $300 is not by far enough to get a good computer that lasts.
1
If you build it yourself without legit Windows you can. I spend only €350.
1
Guys, he wants a premade one as he said earlier as he doesnt know how to put one together.
But on-topic, I dont think you can get a decent one with that price range.

Um what? $850 And will run pretty much every single game maxed out with >60fps @1080p. I could get it down to 800 and it would still do that if not less.

It won't be 13 dollars, that would more likely be 1300 dollars. Go seek some proper help from a PC store.

Downgrade to a pentium and get a B81 motherboard and up the GPU for this. Would make a parts list but too lazy right now.

You could get a laptop from walmart or those surface pros from microsofts.

No, this will not play Minecraft lag-free while recording. Nothing in this price range will. But it is something, that won't lag terribly on Minecraft. If you want a lag-free computer that you can record with, you need to up the budget by at least a couple hundred dollars.

$250 for a computer that you want to have no lag with? I don't think so.
1
Hey guys i just want it cheap i just sed the $150-$250 would be nice just tell me one that is cheap and pre made because i dont know how to put one together

Get one second hand with cracked Windows. Profit.
My father deals in such computers and refurbishes old machines to work with the latest specs. You won't be able to play Skyrim on it, well on lowest graphics maybe but Minecraft isn't an issue. Such a machine would cost €50 which would be $52.
So your best bet is secondhand without OS or cracked. Not all second hand computers are as ''weak'' or cheap as my family sells. I got my graphics card second hand as well for only €30 making Skyrim Ultra ez. (It won't run Crysis 3 lol)

You aren't going to get a cheap, good computer for 250 dollars, sorry bud.
1
A windows operating system by itself costs nearly $100. $250 is just too small of a budget.
1
Well there is always a linux distro. Linux would also be a smarter choice due to its amazingness and the raspberry.
1
Yay linux! Yeah given it's free, runs minecraft fine and generally amazing that would be the way to go. I don't know much about computer building but on other blogs I have read people are building computers for about $1000 just to play minecraft. If you do suceed in buying one for $250 then it will NOT be lag free. Hope this helps
1
Theirs Deffent Flavors like CentOS, RedHat(paid), Ubuntu, Arch Linux, Mint Linux, Back Lab Linux(paid),debean, OpenSuse, Puppy Linux, Fedora, kubuntu(ubuntu with kde desktop), Slackware, and more!(there's more here....http://distrowatch.com/)
1
Or he can just download Windows 7 iso somewhere and put it on a cd then make it boot off of it. Bam, insta Windows 7
1
You also need a CD key. Just sayin'.
1
Yeah, no... You need more budget unless you plan on buying everything second hand, in which case, you've gotta work that out on craigslist.
1
1
Again, he can do this for $250, but he'd have to get things second hand.
