Would you be able to maintain the server? Yes I enjoy playing with the server doing perms updating plugins ect. I do all of them on my factions server and I would like to try a towny server.
Would you make the server popular? This is the hardest part of running a server for me but finally I found out how to get people to join and stay although it does still take me time to get a large active community on a server
Would you be able to make $50 a month from donations? I don't know about this I made $30 from donations in a month on my 45 slot server with a lot of work but I think a server as large as yours would make it easy to find willing donors

Would you be able to maintain the server?: Yes, I already run a server with 30 plugins and I am experienced with java. I also go on my server 5 hours a day and make sure everyone is doing good.
Would you make the server popular: I can't say yes because who knows. I would try my hardest to make it popular and advertise as much as popular.

Would you be able to maintain the server? Yes, As I currently mantain my own server (8GB hosted @ hetzner with 2 dedicated intel i7 @ 3.36 GHZ cores) and It's getting some attention from the community.
Would you make the server popular? With 12 GB of RAM we would be able to get more server types, something like 1 server for creative and survival and 1 for minigames and pvp.
