So you can only apply for Helper Or Head Helper if your a new player.
If youve donated in the beta the 10$ you can get mod+ automaticly and can apply for head mod+ the beta deal is still up for 2 days so if your interested pm me on here and ill send you details how to.
The + ranks get much more permissions.
