Decompiling plugin .JAR files
How do I decompile a .JAR for a Minecraft Bukkit server?

I personally wouldn't use that, I'd use https://github.com/deathmarine/Luyten.
I don't 100% agree with this, but sometimes you should decompile plugins. If I were to accept a plugin from someone, I'd definitely make sure nothing bad could happen to me or my server. Besides, majority of the plugins on devbukkit/spigot (maybe other sites as well?) run a GPL/LGPL license, which requires the project to be "open source", thus making a decompiler useless, unless the developer intends on hiding something (which would break the GPL/LGPL license, not 100% on that though).
PepijnIf it's not your plugin you should not decompile it
