Desert Skin Disqualified?

First of all, WHAT THE HECK.
I spent TIME on my skin for the contest. I tried for like 15 minutes to get the skin colour for the palate because I could not use my skin base. Because I have been making my skins the same way, I know how to shade my skin. Jackie1st disqualified my skin from the contest, why? I have no clue.
If anyone who sees this post, please look at my skin, and tell me why I was disqualified.

Do not complain of a moderator's decision on the forums. PM them to discuss it. The only purpose you can serve by doing this is cherry pick the details and mislead others on what happened.

Judging by what the skin is, I have a hypothesis.
A rival of yours reported the skin (unjustly) for being off topic. A moderator was looking at reports, and mindlessly clicked the Disqualify button (if that works that way).
