Disappearing Build. Help.

Well. I'd recently built this pretty big build on 1.7.9 and I switched to some snapshot (something around 14w28b), then to 1.7.10 and when I played the world, it was completely gone. I was in the right spot, because I could still see it's shadow until I walked on it, but the blocks were gone. What happened

why would one change to a snapshot when he just switches back again O_o

I know it's pretty bad I lost my RPG map you can see the project site for it but it's all that remains

If what TheMcExpress says is true, then yes the world is corrupted whilst converting itself to an earlier version.

I think id's got fully removed in the snapshot and so it did that..

Is snapshot 14w28B part of a 1.8 build?

Yeah it gets corrupted I think.

If you used blocks from 14w28B and came back to 1.7.10 some blocks will disapear. Or your world got corrupted.

Ahh yes. Happend to me. you see, if you make a world in a snapshot and got to the same world in a version, all items in containers will be deleted.
