I need someone who can make a minecraft plugin where i can have plots and towns and only the owner of a town can create plots in it. (Towny and Residents wont work) If you can make one add me on skype:

I suggest that you look it up on YouTube. Plugin making is not my expertise but I do know the basics. I don't think I would be able to make this kind of plugin but I think if I watched a few more videos on YouTube I would figure it out.
