I need a hoster for my upcoming new server, The Hunger Games: Panem Server. Can u make a server? (24/7, plugins, and many more)

yes i can make a server,but i think if you host your own server that it would be easier for you,
if you have your own server,
I would like to help you as co-owner or moderator or something like that
