All I can say is good luck, nobody seems to be able to build well anymore, and people who can are already involved in their own projects.

Junthor your builds seem pretty cool, we could use your help. We want to have multi worlds with different themes. So one with a modern theme, medieval, roman and so on.. You look like you would be great for the modern world!!

I'll hold on to that thought, the fact is I'm trying to find a modern builder myself to collaborate with me on my zombie apocalypse adventure map. I'm pretty close to giving up, and I may take you up on that offer if I yeild no results.
