Somebody donated 300$ to my server and then on the 44th day they did a chargeback... I waited 30 days to spend the money so I thought it was fine but. Should I do anything? My TOS says if something happens to their donation it's not my fault but I don't know what to do.

For every single donation, please make sure that you have the following:
If you have these things, by all means dispute the charge-back; it should be a quick win if you have these things set up.
While a decent bit longer, please give this post a read through; should help tremendously more than this simple TL;DR from that thread.
- Any policies on donations that you have, specifically about no-refunds or charge-backs.
- Logs that the virtual goods were delivered.
- Logs that support the idea that the credit-card was not use fraudulently, such as logs of the player using or discussing the virtual goods in-game.
If you have these things, by all means dispute the charge-back; it should be a quick win if you have these things set up.

Thank you you helped alot! I took a screenshot when he said he was donating, and my policies have all of that. Thank you for the help!
