Faction Server idea? (post suggestions please)

This has been on my mind for a while. Basically a big sandbox without the use of water, lava, and obsidian. Custom map that is Limited. (1000x1000) Only for the use of pvp and factions.

Any thoughts? extra ideas?

The server would be set to just have pvp fun without people hording things in obsidian fortress's like in regular faction servers.
