*** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT!
2011-09-01 02:37:28 [WARNING] The exception was: java.net.BindException: Cannot assign requested address: JVM_Bind
2011-09-01 02:37:28 [WARNING] Perhaps a server is already running on that port?
Yes ive port forward. Yes i have the port go trough the firewall. Yes i did it correctly. Yes that port is clean and has no server running on it. Yes ive restarted. I whould use the Ipv4 but no one can join. Whats wrong?

Make sure these lines are like this in server.properties:
server-port=25565
server-ip=
Also make sure you don't have an application running in the background listening to port 25565

I do use my internet address same thing
How does this give any meaningful information at all?
Allow me to be more explicitly clear:
1 Have you port forwarded your ipv4 address?
2 Are people using your WAN IP to try to connect?
3 Did you open task manager and close all java and javaw processes?
EDIT:
GigabrineRemove the ip in server propaties and start it again it should work
If you did do this then you should remove it.
Are you using hamachi?

I genuinely have no idea what you mean by this. Repeat it clearly.
I'm assuming you have portforwarded correctly. The address you port forward is your ipv4 address. The address you give people is your WAN IP (internet address). To find this go to any website that tells you your ip - search 'what is my wan ip' etc.
press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC. Delete every java and javaw process. Now restart the server.

quit everything you have, check how you port forwarded and if possible turn it off, THEN restart computer
