Anyways, Slowpoke, the lead on Feed The Beast, is demoing the SMP version in a few minutes, and it should be released to the public in a day or two.

Anyone want to go head to head?

is SMP out?? me and my friend would love to play that!

Its not out yet, but it will be in a few days. Or so they say. The version that nearbygamer and slowpoke (creator) are playing, which is a test for it, is pretty buggy, and they're trying to work all of those out. There are problems with the Beast (doesn't give rewards sometimes), the nether apparently is biased (1 team gets far more spawns than the other), and I'm sure more will appear while they continue to livestream. But, seeing how fast and efficiently the team works, a few days sounds about right.

Any server you run would probably be better than mine (I can run one off of my laptop, but it would be... Lagtastic....). I just checked, and Slowpoked announced it should be ready this weekend.

Unfortunatlely, the SMP they were developing was co-op, not versus. Its in beta, and downloadable if you still want to do it.

I can't run a server anymore, I had to downgrade my cpu. If anyone wants to do co-op, they'll have to run a server.

im up for it if you still want to, i can make a server for you with all the mods neccessary
