Forest Only Seed

Hello, I am looking for a seed for minecraft that contains only forest, no snow, jungle, swamp, or desert. I also need it so there is very little water on the surface.

The reason for this is I am going to make a full scale Minecraft version of Silent Hill for everyone to enjoy but I can't get the right map.

You guy most likely know how to make or edit map so please let me know.
