Forge server havig same mods but this happens

As the title says, i have the same mods as my server does...but i cannot connect.
Mods included (all are 1.7.10 as they worked on client fine):
Redstone Arsenal
Forge 7.10.25.1208
IndustrialCraft
BuildCraft
ThermalExpansion (and all of the do-dads it needs)
Railcraft
Forestry
When i log on it says 'Fatally Missing Blocks and Items'
NOTE:
I WILL NOT PAY TO HOST THIS
I WILL NOT REMOVE/ADD ANYTHING
I ONLY WANT TO SEE REALAVANT INFORMATION

Add Applied Energistics to the list of the mods
