Fort Notch - STAFF NEEDED (HIGH POSITIONS AVAILABLE)

Server Info: Our server is hosted on a dedicated server with a side client called "McMyAdmin" the Server Manager once chosen will receive McMyAdmin access ONLY and will put in requests for any Plugins. Our server is a RPG server and Spawn has been built and ready. Recently we purged the staff team due to inactivity and will be making a new Server Manager who can apply here and give them a 30 day period to populate the server and create a active staff team.

[Why should we choose you for that position?]. I have over two years of experience in general server management, as well as other smaller server ranks, and I am also mature, responsible, and willing to work towards set goals.

[What do you know about running a minecraft server?:]I know how to: Set up local servers(or port forwarded ones)(And yes, I can work with FTP, etc.), compile and setup modded servers, bukkit, I can develop plugins, and am great at working with permissions/other types of plugins (including those with lots of configuration) and, well most there is to know towards them. I also have experience with Bungee servers (setting them up, etc.)

[Are you great with figuring out Bukkit plugins?:]Yes, as a matter of fact I even develop some of my own plugins. I have over two years of knowledge in working with plugins, and I enjoy working with them a lot.

[Past Servers you played on as a staff member(If you owned one please include that as well):] I have been the rank of: Moderator, Builder, Admin, Senior Admin, Staff Manager, Server Manager, and have been an Owner myself in past experience. My first server as a staff member was from a few years ago. It was called Pixelscape. I started out just playing with my cousin who had just gotten Minecraft for fun, however, overtime I got a little more interactive in the community, and was eventually promoted to Moderator. From here, I continued to work and one day found I had been selected to be promoted to Admin as an old one had left. From there, I continued to work my administrative duties, and eventually was promoted to Staff Manager. I was the Staff Manager for a few months, then the Owner suddenly decided to stop the server, and that was the it of Pixelscape. He had planned to start it back up, but that never really happened. Across from this time, I worked on a lot of smaller servers for different jobs, again such as Server Manager, Admin, Moderator, etc. however I do not remember many of these well as they never lasted TOO long (Mainly due to poor funding) then I brought up my own server. I ran it, and it did pretty well, however at the time I did not have very much experience in recruiting, and wasn't able to get too big of a staff base. Over time, I had to shut it down due to cost, etc. From here, I continued on, most likely worked on one or two small servers, then I found GalaxyGaming(which I recently quit for personal reasons.) This is a large network-in-development, where I started out as a helper. They had these plots where each staff could build if they wanted, so I did. After finishing a little snow area, there was I house I had built which caught the Owner's attention. I was promoted to builder, and did a little bit as one. However, I eventually applied to be promoted to admin, and was accepted. From here, I worked for months (most of last summer), and then a few months ago I was promoted to Senior Admin (it's a big rank), and worked as that.
And here I am now.
