Allow me to explain.
Before PMC, Cyprezz owned (?) a site called gamesprays.com. After he was done with the site, he started PMC. I believe the forum is just a copy pasted version of that forum, where some things were renamed. What you see in the URL is just the result of all that.
I found this once and did some research so that's how I know about it.
