OK, u need two minecraft thingys open.

Get the items you wanna dupe, press e, right click on them, click outside your inventory box thingy so it throws them on the ground. Walk back a few steps, press 'esc' save and quit. Go back into your level, pick up the item, walk back a few steps and go onto your level using the other minecraft thingy. DO NOT EXIT OR QUIT IT. You should appear with your item you were glitching in your inventory + the duped item on the floor.
