Well I ended up just switching to Bandicam as it works perfectly with Minecraft, Even with mods... So if you got a not so high end computer id say use bandicam cause it works for me.
Also Thanks to the people who helped

Or you could just use the lagless GPU codec by recording with Raptr....

I record with obs and fraps fraps is good but lagg even on my gameing pc worth £750 i think its a glitch but obs works perfect and it 100% free check out my videos above to see the quality and fps ]

Try recording at half size. There's really no reason to record at full size for the most part. You'll notice it run a lot smoother.
1
Try using an OpenGL recorder such as Bandicam. They seem to play nicely with Minecraft.
1
Because that's the way computers work?
1
What computer do you have? You could always upgrade the GPU.
1
Hate to say but its a HP Computer
1
That doesn't tell me anything I need to know. What model is it?

His specs are in the original post

Still doesn't tell us what we need to know. We need to know the model it is, to tell if a newer GPU will even work in it.
@OP just wondering, why do you say "lagg"? it's "lag" with one g?
Also, those specs should record fine at lower settings/quality with AMD's builtin recorder, or Windows 10 recorder. Both are free.
Also, the card is recommended, when gaming, up the resolution of 1024x768.

Minecraft is written in Java and as a result it stresses your CPU (processor) most while the other games you have listed stress your GPU (graphics card) more.
Frapps is most likely running through your CPU as well, as most recording software does out of the box. This is why you are having lag. You are running Minecraft which is pretty demanding on your CPU - as well as recording software, which is pretty demanding as well. Putting these together on the same CPU is your issue. You don't have issues with the other games because the recording software can have most of the CPU to itself while the game uses the GPU.
You could see if Frapps can use your GPU instead, it will be the "encoder" in your settings. Otherwise, your CPU is certainly the bottleneck - upgrade if you can.

Try optifine. It may not help so much but it's pretty good.
1
I think the problem is that you're playing modded minecraft, on a modded server and recording with fraps at the same time with a CPU that has an efficiency at 1.9GHz. I'm surprised you even can play on a modded server.
1
Wow really? Ive been able to play modded servers on a even worst computer just fine, + Server is a good Host

Its not, its all just in your head, the game, the life, everything. Its imaginary!

By far. I get 50 FPS standard on vanilla (also using other programs simultaneously), and recording drops that to about 30. However, since I already get 30 or less FPS on most larger modpacks, those are difficult to record.
I recommend trying to start with vanilla, then seeing if you can find some smaller and lighter modpacks. Try tekkit classic or tekkit lite. If you can record on those, keep moving to bigger and bigger modpacks until you get the problem you have now. Then you'll know which modpacks you can record on.

Yeah, recording modded minecraft is a hell. Because minecraft is not exactly well optimized, it is quite heavy to run by itself, compared to its level of graphics.
If you combine that with adding a few hundred mods that were not exactly designed to fit together, you have an abominaiton of powerdraining that would make even the makers of ARK cringe.

So that means if i was to record in vanilla it would be more possible

Some prebuilt computers come with components soldered to the motherboard and sometimes motherboards are custom for that case. If the GPU is soldered to the motherboard then you won't be upgrading it. If it is a separate PCI-E graphics card then you will be able to upgrade it.
Same with the CPU, if it is soldered then chances are you will not be upgrading it, if it isn't and you can find a CPU with a T suffix like your 4460T on the same socket then you can upgrade but honestly your 4460T should be enough for what you're doing, the clock speed is rather low but it's a quad-core so it almost balances out (in some things, not all)

Yeah you can't record unless you get a new computer. If you're getting 30fps when not recording then you are not going to be able to record. If it is possible then you could upgrade your GPU but it appears you're playing on a prebuilt system that could be including an R5 M330
1
If you mean Prebuilt as in I just brought it from a Computer place of the shelf then yes It is, I only recently got it, i would of loved to custom build it but in this country its hard cause the selection is just pathetic (I dont buy stuff online), though is it possible to upgrade a Prebuilt computer at all?
1
I'm surprised you can run GTA V and record at the same time with those graphics, they are seriously low end
1
I suggest using ShadowPlay or Raptr Game DVR if you have Nvidia or AMD GPUs respectively. The performance hit is taken on the GPU rather than the CPU and the performance hit you would see would be around 2-6% so these are ideal for recording gameplay.

Recording software does require extra computer power. If you can normally only just run modded minecraft without lag, recording software of any kind will cause some lag.
Send me a screenshot of your F3 menu for when you're not recording, and then one for when you're recording (I'll only see a FPS difference but that's still helpful). Make sure to take them from the same position or it won't be an accurate comparison.
I may be able to help you get your minecraft to run more smoothly.
Also, have you tried turning your video settings in optifine down to the very lowest they can go? That will usually increase your FPS by 15-30.

Added My specs to main post

Well the first thing to take into consideration is your computers hardware. Fraps also requires alot of resource because of the quality it produces in videos.
So if you have a bad processor or graphics card then its going to lag pretty bad.

What are your PC specs, there's no way to help you without knowing them
