My GIF on PMC is not working, help!!!

So here's my GIF:
The format and everything is fine. The size is under 350kb, the height and width of the GIF is pin point correct and it still remains a still image.
Someone please help, I've got in contact with the person who created the banner and we both tried everything. Nothing is working.

Try installing the newest version of flash player if it is not showing up for you

How is Flash Player gonna help? A gif is way way way different this a swf. (Or other flash types)
I think OP means on his server post.

Yeah, it's working! Maybe it just doesn't appear to work, but it actually is. Maybe you can try previewing...
